Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Museum Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards are committed to protecting your Privacy. We will only use the information that we have collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct promptly.

Returns Policy Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive your goods in damaged or faulty condition you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost (this does not affect your statutory rights).
If your goods have been damaged in transit or are not of satisfactory quality on arrival then a complaint must be made within seven days of receipt.
If the above occurs please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer services department representative Shop Admin Officer by email or telephone +44(0) 029 20781372 available 0830 to 16.00 hours GMT Monday to Friday (calls charged at standard rate) stating the product (s), the problem and await instructions.
2. Please keep all original packing and receipts.
Returning Non Faulty Goods
You, the consumer have the right to a seven-day " cooling off " period. This entitles the consumer to the right to cancel their order within seven days without giving a reason and receive a full refund. In such cases we must be contacted within seven days (starting from the day after receipt of the goods) by e-mail or telephone. The " cooling off " period does not apply to perishable goods or products, which are unsealed by the customer. The customer will be liable for the cost of return and any returned product must be returned with its original packaging and in an "as new" condition.
The Sale Of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) establishes that goods-among other things-must be reasonably fit for their normal (or stated) purpose. Where that is not the case, the consumer is entitled to reject those goods within a reasonable time, and claim a full refund. If you are supplied a product which you feel is "unfit for purpose", please contact us at adminofficer@qdg.org.uk and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If Goods Become Defective
Faulty goods, if returned within a reasonable time period of time, will be refunded or replaced.

You can expect a reply within 24 hours to inform you of the actions and expected time required to resolve the complaint. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and keep the customer informed of the process at all times.
